It must surely hurt for one to tattoo on his throat area…I guess when your whole body is all inked up and you are desperate for another tattoo, you will go for it anywhere you can find space.

This is exactly what Chris Brown has done…Since his body is full of tattoos, he had to go for the throat area…He posted a photo on his instagram to show his fans his new tat.
