The internet era has brought drop in sales of albums with millions downloading songs for free (illegally).
Even with this problem at hand, Rihanna is confident that her upcoming album-’Unapologetic’ would be bought by her fans. It does not stop there, she is also confident that his album is so good that fans would be ready to spend $250 to get a copy of the album.
From December 11, Rihanna will be selling a ‘Diamond Executive Platinum Box’ package of her album which include items such as collectible vinyls, a t-shirt, flash drive, DVD, photo booklet, special edition poster, stickers, a View Master showcasing RiRi’s style throughout her career, a handwritten note from the singer, and of course, the album itself for $250.
For those who cannot afford the $250 package, there is a mini package for them which will be sold for $79….
The question is; would you pay such much for a Rihanna album?
