Rihanna Confirms ‘FourFiveSeconds’ as the Lead Single…

While most of her fans were sleeping and snoring last night, Rihanna surprisingly dropped a new song, ‘FourFiveSeconds’, featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney.

The song however has garnered mostly negative reviews from fans, with some “Navy” members hoping the track was only a buzz single. They think Rihanna’s new country sound is not a single-worthy.

Well those who don’t want “FourFiveSeconds” as a single are in for a big disappointment. Moments ago, Rihanna took to Twitter to confirm the song as her “first single”/lead single off her forthcoming long-awaited eighth studio album.

“First single right here —->” she tweeted with the song’s purchase link.

As at writing this post the song was number 9 on US iTunes chart. It may sell great but I really doubt it get huge circulation in radio stations, because it is not radio-friendly at all. All the same good effort from Rih for trying to make ‘good music’.
