Usher’s Ex Wife-Tameka Raymond Has Lost Request For Custody Case Re-trail

Tameka Raymond is not definitely going to be stopped or intimidated by anyone. After the unsatisfactory outcome of her custody battle with Usher Raymond, she filed to get a re-trail and she has lost that too…

The same judge who sat on the custody case has rejected Tameka’s motion for a retrial — claiming it’s been public knowledge since 2008 that Usher’s lawyer donated to her re-election campaign … and if Tameka cared to look, she would have found out long before her custody trial.

Is Tameka going to come back to court? We think so!

Usher’s Wife-Tameka Raymond To Appeal Custody Decision

Despite having put up strong arguments like Usher being on the road all the time and she (Tameka) having a stable schedule to take care of the two kids, Judge Lane who presided over the Usher Raymond v Tameka Raymond custody case granted Usher full custody of the children last Friday…

Disappointed mother-Tameka, who recently lost her son to death is said to be strongly considering an appeal against the court’s decision to grant Usher custody.

According to what TMZ is saying,

Tameka feels the ruling was unfair. We’re told Tameka recently found out that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm threw an election fundraiser back in 2008 for the judge who presided over the trial … and she feels that connection may have influenced the ruling.

According to the campaign contribution report for Judge Lane, the law firm that represented Usher raised $1,278 for Lane in March 2008.

Tameka who still cannot believe the decission and thinks it was greatly influenced by MONEY took to twitter saying…

Judge Orders Usher To Re-open Tameka’s Saks Credit Card..Custody Battle Continues

Though no judgement has been handed down yet by Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane on who gets to have the two cute boys in the Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond’s long custody battle, the judge has ordered Usher to re-open his ex-wife Tameka’s Fifth Avenue credit card-SAKS which is in his name.

Since the beginning of the court battle, Tameka has been asking the court to force Usher to reinstate her card which he cancelled, claiming that the card has become a necessity to her and her her business…

For whatever reason the Judge saw, he has found it equitable that Tameka should be given the card back. He has ordered Usher must pay owed nanny fees in the amount of $1300.

It seems things are tipping to the side of Tameka….

Usher Raymond Vrs Tameka Raymond Custody Battle Concludes

According to celebrity blogger Sandra Rose, she has gotten the inside scoop on the conclusion of RnB star Usher Raymond and ex wife Tameka Raymond’s custody battle…

Sandra says..

The judge presiding over the contentious Raymond vs Raymond child custody hearing called an emergency meeting after closing arguments today. This, according to my confidential source who was seated in the courtroom during closing arguments.

The confidential source told Sandrarose.com there were two high points in the closing from both sides in this case: Tameka wants her child support to increase by 3k monthly, she also wants her nanny pay to be reimbursed to her in the amount of 34k. She doesn’t want Usher to have over night guests while the kids are with him, and she is adamant about having him return her Sak’s Fifth Avenue credit card back to her.

Tameka’s attorney Lisa West was emotionally moved in court when she learned that Usher is refusing to pay her attorney fees. Both parties asked for an emergency hearing to determine exactly what was spent for Tameka’s legal fees. This move will likely delay the decision by the judge to rule on the overall case. West’s legal fees are said to have exceeded $125k and Usher has already paid his attorneys $250k.

Usher’s Ex Wife Says: Usher’s Sympathy For Her Dead Son Is ‘BOGUS’

The unending court battle between RnB star Usher and his wife-Tameka Raymond keeps getting messier each day…

It seems emotions are getting the better side of the two as they keep going hard on each ones neck any time we think they are getting close to a permanent settlement…

Read below for TMZ’s latest on how things have gotten to now….

Usher didn’t care about his ex-wife’s dead son … blew off his funeral … and is only PRETENDING to be affected by the tragedy to court sympathy from the media and his fans … this according to the singer’s ex-wife.

Tameka Raymond‘s lawyer has filed new documents in the couple’s bitter child custody war … slamming Usher … who asked the court to delay the next hearing in light of the death of Tameka’s son, Kile, who was killed in a jet ski accident.

In his request, Usher claims he’s worried the hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.”

Usher also claims Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son.  Usher fears he could lose custody of the children and believes it would be unfair to him.

But in docs of her own … Tameka’s lawyer claims Usher is full of crap … insisting U’s claims of suffering “stress and strain” are “BOGUS.”

In fact, she claims Usher didn’t care about her son at all in his final days — even though Usher regarded him as a son back when they were married.

“[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once” during his 15 days on life support … Tameka claims.

She also claims she had begged Usher to tweet a message about her son, “Please pray for Kile” … but he refused. Instead, Tameka claims, Usher’s next tweet was a photo of his own breakfast with the caption, “Breakfast of Champions.”

In her docs, Tameka claims Usher’s attempt to postpone the hearing is “simply a transparent sham” … and asks the judge to DENY Usher’s request and require him to appear at the next scheduled hearing, set for August 13.

She also claims resolving the custody battle is the only way for her to heal and move forward with her life.

Check out excerpts of the interview below…

On working at an early age

I was taught to work. Ironically, my father’s mother and my aunt were also retailers, and I worked at both places from about age 7. I learned tons about fashion and how to make money all by age 10.

On her and her ex-husband parenting skills
He is a man very accustomed to having his way. This has nothing to do with how I parent. Trust me, I never will have a desire to keep a man away from his kids. I am not June Cleaver or head of the PTA, but I know I am a good mother.

On the bond with her eldest son Darrin, 21
Because I had him at such a young age, he and I basically grew up together and we are extremely close. But I am very conscious not to be an overbearing mother.

On her dating life
I am dating. It’s refreshing. I have not been single in a while. I got divorced and married in the same year. It was a run-on relationship. But a lot of guys like to play games. I like a man that’s a boss. I am not the dominant one. But a lot of the ones with the right mind-set wear OshKosh overalls. And if they are not fly, I don’t like them. I don’t bring men around my children. They have never met an ‘Uncle Tony.’ The two that I did bring around, I married.

On being grateful of the past but looking forward to the future
Being raised in Oakland, and having been able to see and enjoy five of seven continents, and working in such a highly competitive field, makes me very proud. I never imagined some of these things to be obtainable. And my sons teach me the meaning of true, unbiased love
