Tameka Raymond is not definitely going to be stopped or intimidated by anyone. After the unsatisfactory outcome of her custody battle with Usher Raymond, she filed to get a re-trail and she has lost that too…
The same judge who sat on the custody case has rejected Tameka’s motion for a retrial — claiming it’s been public knowledge since 2008 that Usher’s lawyer donated to her re-election campaign … and if Tameka cared to look, she would have found out long before her custody trial.

Despite having put up strong arguments like Usher being on the road all the time and she (Tameka) having a stable schedule to take care of the two kids, Judge Lane who presided over the Usher Raymond v Tameka Raymond custody case granted Usher full custody of the children last Friday…
Disappointed mother-Tameka, who recently lost her son to death is said to be strongly considering an appeal against the court’s decision to grant Usher custody.
According to what TMZ is saying,
Tameka feels the ruling was unfair. We’re told Tameka recently found out that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm threw an election fundraiser back in 2008 for the judge who presided over the trial … and she feels that connection may have influenced the ruling.
According to the campaign contribution report for Judge Lane, the law firm that represented Usher raised $1,278 for Lane in March 2008.

Usher didn’t care about his ex-wife’s dead son … blew off his funeral … and is only PRETENDING to be affected by the tragedy to court sympathy from the media and his fans … this according to the singer’s ex-wife.
Tameka Raymond‘s lawyer has filed new documents in the couple’s bitter child custody war … slamming Usher … who asked the court to delay the next hearing in light of the death of Tameka’s son, Kile, who was killed in a jet ski accident.
In his request, Usher claims he’s worried the hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.”
Usher also claims Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son. Usher fears he could lose custody of the children and believes it would be unfair to him.
But in docs of her own … Tameka’s lawyer claims Usher is full of crap … insisting U’s claims of suffering “stress and strain” are “BOGUS.”
In fact, she claims Usher didn’t care about her son at all in his final days — even though Usher regarded him as a son back when they were married.
“[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once” during his 15 days on life support … Tameka claims.
She also claims she had begged Usher to tweet a message about her son, “Please pray for Kile” … but he refused. Instead, Tameka claims, Usher’s next tweet was a photo of his own breakfast with the caption, “Breakfast of Champions.”
In her docs, Tameka claims Usher’s attempt to postpone the hearing is “simply a transparent sham” … and asks the judge to DENY Usher’s request and require him to appear at the next scheduled hearing, set for August 13.
She also claims resolving the custody battle is the only way for her to heal and move forward with her life.
Due for release on the 31st of July, Rick Ross has released his new Rico Love produced video ‘Touch N You’ ft Usher Raymond. The track is featured on Ross’s current album ‘God Forgives, I don’t’. Rick Ross told MTV News:
“It’s basically a situation where life gets so hectic sometimes you just wanna get away with that special female and that’s what this is based on.”
By the looks of it, RnB veteran Usher did was he does best to get the crowd going with his MJ tribute performance on the Today show in Manhattan. The 33-year-old performed some of his previous tracks namely OMG and new track ‘Without You’ from his seventh up coming album ‘Looking For Myself’. FLAWLESS performance as always.

Another day another absurd Rihanna outfit. The words ‘TACKY and DESPERATE’ spring to mind for this hideous outfit and we are surely all past the point of being shocked by Ms. Fenty’s adodgy wardrobe choices. Well can at least have a good ole laugh at her expense. The RnB Pop star was spotted in New York after recently returning from her London trip. Rihanna had supposedly gone out for a bite to eat can you imagine sitting in that restaurant with Rihanna sitting exposing her baps while you eat your spaghetti…NO THANKS!!
On a lighter more down to earth note…Mr. Raymond was photographed in South Africa this week as he prepared for his concert in Soweto this weekend. Looks like Usher found time for a little bit of play before his work as he was seen visiting a South Africa adventure park. He later tweeted:
“If ya’ll didn’t know I love owls. Eagle owls are one of my favorites. Say what up to “Howdidit” and “Hootie Hoo.”
Usher also found time to visit Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu in whilst he was in Cape Town for more photo ops…though the two appeared relaxed and happy as he continued his touring around the country before his real work begins.

On working at an early age
I was taught to work. Ironically, my father’s mother and my aunt were also retailers, and I worked at both places from about age 7. I learned tons about fashion and how to make money all by age 10.
